All of our products are ethically sourced directly from the designer/makers or small, reputable wholesalers. All are unique, one-of-a kind hand made items that are individually selected for their quality, beauty and your pleasure.

All foodstuffs can only be shipped within Australia but for everything else, we ship everywhere! However, please note that customers outside of Australia are responsible for any potential duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. ONE TRIBE: Original Design Culture cannot estimate or cover customs on international shipping.

All items are individually hand packed and shipped from our storage facility in Queensland, Australia. Your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. Once shipped, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number so you’ll be able to track the progress of your order. Exact deliver times will vary depending upon location.

We hope that you’ll be thrilled with your purchase from ONE TRIBE however, if for some reason you change your mind, we will accept the returned item for store credit or a refund within 7 days of receipt of items provided they are in their original condition. Shipping fees are not refundable. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insurance. ONE TRIBE cannot be responsible if the returned item is lost or damaged in the mail. We do everything we can to ensure all items are packed safely and securely for delivery and we use only the most reputable shipping agents however, if on the off chance your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately at: enquiries@onetribe.net.au And be sure to provide a photo of the damaged item with your email. As the majority of our items are one-of-a-kind, we are sorry to say that many will not be able to be replaced however, an alternative item of your selection, to the same value, may be substituted or the purchase price returned. Please note, all handmade Vintage items are at least 50 years old and in most cases show small signs of wear and tear. This is normal and cannot be treated as damaged.
